Policies and Terms of Service
Business Hours and Operations:
Our business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Dr. Carlson and Northern Lights Integrative Veterinary Services do NOT provide emergency care at this time. Due to this, it is imperative that you have a traditional primary care veterinarian in case of an emergency.
Communications:
All texts, emails, and phone calls will be returned during business hours. If we do not answer your call, please leave a message or send a text as we are likely working with another client and will get back to you as soon as time allows.
Payment:
We currently accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo as forms of payment. Payment is expected on the day of service or beforehand. Payment is non-refundable after services have been performed.
Termination of Working Relationship:
Dr. Carlson and Northern Lights Integrative Veterinary Services reserves the right to terminate our professional relationship with you and your pet at any time. Reasons for termination can include disrespectful communication, harassment, threats, cyberbullying towards any doctor or staff member, unreasonable or excessive demands, pushing the boundaries of our policies, or if it is simply not a good match. Our work together is meant to be healing and respectful for everyone involved, therefore disrespectful or exploitative behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
